How It Started

My partner and I spent over a decade in this industry before we decided to do it ourselves. We saw the same pattern everywhere. Contractors showed up late, promised one thing and delivered another, and treated every job like it was just a line item on a clipboard. Homeowners deserved better than that.

We met at a previous company and realized we both believed the same thing: honesty and accountability should be the foundation of every job, not the exception. So we decided to branch off. We wanted to build something in Northeast Wisconsin and beyond where homeowners could trust what we said and expect us to show up exactly when we promised, ready to get the work done right the first time.

That vision became A&D Homeworks. Locally owned and operated. Licensed and insured. Built on the idea that every home and every homeowner deserves respect, not pressure. No gimmicks, no high-pressure sales tactics. Just solid work and genuine care.

What We've Learned
